By accessing or using our digital products, templates, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Digital Product License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the digital assets (LUTs, presets, templates) in your personal and commercial video projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the raw assets themselves.

3. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a digital product has been downloaded. If you experience technical issues with your download, please contact support.

4. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the products.
